I've found the Ultra Range are actually comfortable for jogging. The main difference is the thickness of the fabric. Vans tend to be more padded and have generally more overlapped layers while converse are still pretty much a couple layers of canvas with a padded rim sometimes. I think both shoes are great and wear both they wear similarly (vans tend to feel a little more snug). For me personally, if you are going for style, Authentics are the way to go. In terms of backheel comfort, Eras it is. But there's not much difference in both, just that Authentics are much sleeker yet Eras are much more comfortable! My Eras and Authentics fit me the exact same way and provide the same overall comfort.Classic Sk8-hi aren’t comfortable to me. Skate Sk8-hi with the Pop-Cush insoles are very comfortable to me.
