No issue of clamping force and can be unplugged and worn recreationally at any time which is convenient for a pilot on a deadhead.It's still a passenger headset for me because it beats basic passive headsets. The ANR is good, but it isn't as effective as is the A20's (which I replaced it with). The headset is more flimsy and should be stored in a case.
