It is probably updating the software (but don't quote me)... The first time I hooked up the dish it took about 45 minutes to come online.Frick I wish that was my case. Might actually be the wire. 😣. Power down router, pull the ethernet cable out & reseat it one more time while giving it like a rotational robust force. Super common for the cable to not having seated that last 64th of an inch.
