Since Luma3DS v11.0 the configuration is stored in human readable form (config.ini) -- Just open the file in your preferred text editor and search for the line rosalina_menu_combo = L+Down+Select Enter whatever you like. I looked online and i saw someone change the code in a file in the luma folder on the root of the drive, but i can't do the same because 1. those files don't seem to exist in the luma folder and 2. it doesn't seem to be using the sd card when starting up in that menu after the first time.
